Application:

To evacuate water from buildings, reservoirs, green houses, gardens, pools, places filled by industrial water and pits filled by rain water.

Technical characteristics:

Submersible Pumps models S-32-AX with delivery size of 2" and regarding electricity oscillation, have been designed for three phases 380V and 10% voltage network oscillation.

Parts: All parts of pump and the impeller are made of a special alloyed aluminum, the shaft and all screws of stainless steel which increase greatly the resistance of Drainage Pumps against corrosion. All parts of casing and impeller of pump model S-32-AX are made of Ductile cast iron; all screws and shaft are made of stainless steel.

Paint: After final manufacturing and testing of all parts made of aluminum and before painting them, they are degreased in specific small pools and then acid dipping to get high resistance against the salts soluble in water. Using Epoxy paint for cast iron parts of pump model S-32-AX to prevent the oxidation.

Mechanical seal: Using anti-abrasive seals (Silicon Carbide) with high quality to increase pump lifetime. To supply high quality and more reliable pumps and to increase the mechanical seals lifetime, SPICO has applied a special chamber full of oil between pump and electro motor which are sealed by using two mechanical seals and two oil seals which the oil can be controlled by an Allen screw no.8.

Porosity impregnation: All casting parts have been alloyed by professional experts to avoid any pores or minute leaks in them. However, SPICO performs Porosity Impregnation process for main casting parts by using special machines and resin. So the electro motor penetrability to water reaches zero.

ID: All SPICO products have a serial no., engraved on pump casing, which is known as their identification no. This number specifies the production file and the technical ID of each pump which are kept in Company filing system.

Guarantee: All SPICO products, according to attached warranty terms, are guaranteed for SIX MONTHS upon purchase date. Using high protective systems for pumps are recommended.
