Hereby, SPICO evidence is upon purchase date of the products. Each product includes a serial no. as a code of identification by which all technical information is accessible from the beginning of the process to the end of the process as following: Die casting, primary test & control, machining in different stages, test and quality control of all parts processed by machines, porosity impregnation, storage, step by step assembling, final test, pressure & delivery control, degreasing and acid dipping process and finally painting and packing. In such a way, the quality control supervisors, the staff involved in the operation and the date of process are all completely recognizable. So the possiblilty of error occurance decrease almost to zero.

 

Porosity Impregnation:

It is our honor to indicate here that SPICO has fulfilled the porosity impregnation on die - casting parts for the first time in Iran. Such process is effected inside a special machine of utmost low vacuume by using a special resin made by " ULTRA SEAL" – England.

 

SPICO Commercial Department:

The commercial department of SPICO imports and distributes all ranges of industrial and agricultural machines including pump, generator, diesel engine, gasoline engine, electro motor, gen-set and spare parts. Following the production of SPICO pumps, it has tried to import various types of rotor & stator, electric capacitor, stainless still bolts & screws, spring washers and mechanical seals from ITALY and also ready to supply the requirements of all manufacturers in this important industry.
